The PolarPillow was developed by New York venture capitalist, inventor and Duke University graduate, Nick Segal, with the help of his entrepreneurial marketing partner and Pratt Institute of Art & Design graduate, Molly Lehnhardt.
Nick Segal spent years tossing and turning. Every time he thought he was on the verge of slumber, his too-warm pillow kept him from being comfortable enough to drift off.
Tired – literally – of his nightly routine, he set out to build a better pillow. The result: the PolarPillow, the only pillow that stays refreshingly chilled while you fall asleep.
Segal, who sums up his design philosophy as “coolness and comfort above all,” worked with a team of Philadelphia scientists and design engineers to make his vision a reality.
PolarPillow is a product of Polar Generation, a New York based consumer products company founded in 2009. PolarPillow is patent-pending.
