We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our site. When you order from us, we collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number (with expiration date). At checkout, we collect the above information, as well as a billing and shipping address.
When you request to be on our mailing list we collect your name and e-mail address. Your information will not be shared with any third party companies.
When you submit a question to customer service, we need your e-mail address to respond.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
1. To improve the content on our website. For example, we may use cookies to find out which parts of our site or our products are visited most often. However, at Polar-Pillow.com, we store no personal information about you in cookies. Anything you choose to tell us about yourself as a customer (like your address and e-mail address) is stored separately on our servers.
2. To enhance your online shopping experience. For example, we may use your information to welcome you to the site and also recognize you when you return to the site.
3. For marketing and promotional purposes. For example, send out e-mails and direct mail to you about products or events that we think may interest you. We may also send you offers for discounts or promotions, new arrivals or new site features. See mailing list if you wish to unsubscribe.
3. IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
To the extent customer information is maintained, it is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. The firewall meets recognized industry standards.
We designed Polar-Pillow.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, versions 5.01 or higher of Internet Explorer, versions 0.8 or higher of Firefox and versions 1.2 or higher of Safari. SSL is encryption technology that provides security while information is being transmitted over the Internet.
While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
PolarPillow® uses UPS to ship and track all orders. All shipping costs are calculated by UPS depending on the delivery zone.
You will receive an email when your item has gone out for shipment, usually 5-7 days after placing your order.
PolarPillow® PolarPillow® will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday deliveries.
RETURN POLICY
PillowPillow® may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund of purchase price. Customer is responsible for expenses relating to shipping the pillow to the following address:

PRODUCT WARRANTY
PolarPillow offers a limited warranty against defects in workmanship of the PolarPillow product for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a consumer is shipped a PolarPillow product with a tear in the material caused by workmanship or a tear occurs in the material in the ordinary course of the consumer’s proper use of the product during the Warranty Period, and a claim is received by PolarPillow within the Warranty Period, PolarPillow will exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. PolarPillow warrants replacement products provided under this limited warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of the replacement for ninety (90) days or for the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty, whichever provides longer coverage for the consumer. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes the consumer’s property and the replaced item becomes PolarPillow’s property.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a PolarPillow® product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PolarPillow® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PolarPillow® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PolarPillow® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by PolarPillow® without notice at any time, for any reason.
